FAQs

How do I know what size?
Please see the size charts attached for each individual garment. Where we have not been able to provide a specific size chart, we have included a generic one.

What if I don’t like the garment?
Please contact us within 3 hours of receiving the garment and we can issue you a replacement or credit note. Where applicable, we can issue you a refund.

What if I damage the garment?
We get that sometimes accidents just happen and whilst we ask you to care for each piece if something is to happen please return the garment as soon as possible.
If the garment is damaged beyond repair, you will be charged for the replacement as specified on the garment at the time of rental.
We ask that you don’t attempt to fix the garment as this may make it worse.

What if it doesn’t fit?

Please contact us within 3 hours of receiving the garment and we can issue you a different size (where available) replacement garment or a credit note.

What if I can’t get the item back to you in time?
Where available, each item comes with a 4 rental period. Please contact us if there is an unforeseen event and you cannot return the garment. We often have a tight turnaround on garments so ask that you respect this policy. 

What if I want to buy the item?
Occasionally we get this request - Please contact us – online or in-store.
