Delivery & Returns
Our standard rental period is 4 day. We are happy to accommodate additional requests.
Delivery of the garment to you and dry cleaning has been included as part of the rental price. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking ID once your garment has been dispatched. Return postage is added at checkout for an additional $9.95.
- We suggest you select your garment to arrive 1-2 days prior to your event.
- Your rental period commences on the day you receive the garment.
- You will receive a pre-paid return satchel as part of your delivery.
- On or before your last day of hire all you need to do is post the dress from your nearest Express Post Box or AusPost outlet.
We suggest you a garment of the same or similair nature before ordering from us. If you receive your garment and are not happy please contact us within 3 hours so we can organise a replacement or credit note or where applicable, a refund. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizes or because you changed your mind.
